I'm a PhD student in Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol, where I am supervised by Prof. Arthur Richards. Prior to this, I earned an MEng degree in Aerospace Engineering, also from the University of Bristol.

My research focuses on model predictive safety filters and reference governors: real-time methods for keeping control systems safe and within constraints, even when dealing with uncertain dynamics or black-box control signals.

I’m currently developing multilevel safety frameworks that adjust how strict constraints are over time, based on system behaviour or on operational needs. My work combines ideas from control theory, optimization, set invariance theory and system analysis to ensure these methods are both practical and reliable, whilst providing theoretical guarantees on recursive feasibility and convergence.
